SHIPPING INFORMATION

Online orders placed with Tradeline are delivered by our appointed couriers.

Our couriers deliver directly to your door, so provide us with a physical address that is occupied during office hours, Mondays to Fridays.  Please note that our couriers will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box addresses. We require that each and every delivery be signed as proof of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Free delivery takes from two and up to six working days. For remote areas where the delivery is likely to take longer than six working days, the customer will be informed.

Where can I find information about my order?

RETURNS

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.tradeline.co.za because you are not content with what you’ve purchased, please communicate by email to info@tradeline.co.za

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.tradeline.co.za because the item you received is either damaged, or not what you ordered, please communicate by email to info@tradeline.co.za
